Barlow Associates Inc was established in 1969 by Ken Barlow with the aim of assisting Architects and Engineers in enhancing their profits. As the profitability of these firms increased, the need for ownership transition became apparent to the founders who recognized the value of their companies. In 1982, Ken Barlow authored the book "Internal Transfer of Ownership", drawing from his extensive expertise in facilitating the transition of firms to the next generation of owners. Brian Barlow has been the head of the company since 2001 and has successfully aided numerous owners of Architectural and Engineering companies in smoothly transitioning their ownership.
